Welcome to Pulse256. These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit or use Pulse256.com, create an account, upload content, interact with other users, purchase services, or use any other feature provided by Pulse256.
By accessing or using Pulse256, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.
1. About Pulse256
Pulse256 is a music and entertainment platform that provides services including music streaming, music downloads, music videos, artist discovery, audience interaction, voting, event promotion, and other entertainment features.
Pulse256 is founded by Zaza Morgan.
Our services may change as the platform develops. New features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed when necessary.
2. Using Pulse256
You may use Pulse256 for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform to:

- Pretend to be another person or organization

3. User Accounts

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible.
4. Music Streaming & Downloads
Pulse256 may provide music for streaming and download. The availability of a song, artist, video, or other content may change at any time.
Downloads and streams are provided for the purposes allowed by Pulse256 and the applicable rights associated with the content.
You must not redistribute, resell, re-upload, or commercially exploit downloaded content when you do not have the necessary rights or permission to do so. Downloading content from Pulse256 does not automatically transfer ownership or copyright in that content to you.
5. User Interactions
Registered users may be able to like or dislike songs, follow artists, vote, and use other interactive features. These features are intended to represent genuine user activity.
You must not manipulate them through:
- Fake accounts or Bots
- Scripts or Automated voting
- Purchased or fabricated engagement
- Coordinated abuse
- Other methods intended to create false activity
Pulse256 may remove or restrict activity that appears to be fraudulent, abusive, or intended to manipulate results.
6. Artist Accounts & Uploads
Artists and authorized representatives may upload music and other content to Pulse256 subject to the applicable requirements.
By uploading content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permission, or authority to submit that content. You must not upload content that you know you have no right to distribute.
Artists are responsible for ensuring that information submitted with their content is accurate. Pulse256 may review, reject, restrict, remove, or request changes to content where necessary.
7. Rights Granted to Pulse256
When you upload or submit content to Pulse256, you give Pulse256 the permission needed to host, store, process, display, stream, distribute through the platform, promote, and make the content available through the services you have selected or agreed to.
This permission allows Pulse256 to operate its platform and provide the services connected to your submission. You continue to own your content unless you have separately agreed to transfer ownership to another party.
8. Artist Upload Fees
Pulse256 may charge artists a fee to access its music upload services.
Where an artist has paid the applicable one-time upload fee and the upload has been accepted under the applicable requirements, the artist may continue using the upload service for as long as Pulse256 provides that service, subject to these Terms and any applicable agreement.
A payment does not guarantee that content will remain available forever.
9. Advertising and Promotion
Pulse256 may offer paid promotional and advertising services. Artists, brands, event organizers, and other eligible parties may pay to promote music, albums, artist profiles, events, or other approved content.
Payment for promotion does not guarantee a particular number of views, downloads, streams, followers, votes, or other results.
Promotional content may be identified as advertising, sponsored content, or promotion where appropriate.
10. Events and Ticketing
Pulse256 promotes entertainment events and may introduce ticketing services.
Where ticketing is available, users may be able to purchase online or physical tickets through Pulse256 or through partners involved in the event.
Ticket prices, availability, refund rules, event details, and other conditions may vary from one event to another. Users should review the information provided for an event before purchasing a ticket.
11. Payments
Some Pulse256 services may require payment. Before completing a payment, the applicable price and service should be clearly presented to you.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments may be processed through third party payment providers.
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, payments may be non-refundable.
12. Content on Pulse256
Pulse256 may contain music, videos, images, text, artist information, advertisements, event information, and other material.
The person or organization that submits content remains responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to provide it.
Pulse256 may take action against content that violates our rules, applicable law, or the rights of others.
13. Copyright and IP
Pulse256 respects copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You must not use Pulse256 to knowingly distribute or exploit content that infringes another person's rights.

We work to keep Pulse256 available, but we cannot guarantee that the website or every feature will always be available.
